NYC’s Eco-Hot Spot this Week: Vivons Vert Eco-Fashion Show!
BAM! The NYC Go Green Expo this past weekend was the perfect ingredient to get what I like to call, “Eco Week,” sizzlin’. At this point, I think we’re all aware that Earth Day is April 22nd, but it doesn’t mean that green enthusiasts won’t be celebrating & creating eco awareness ALL week long. Heck, if the NFL can celebrate their 1-day draft for a weeklong – aka “Draft Week,” (which is this week too) then sexy sustainable lovers can have their “Eco Week!” So what can possibly be better than Earth Day AND gorgeous, athletic football players coming to NYC for draft week?
The Vivons Vert Eco-Fashion Show on Thursday, April 23th headlining the hottest new green collection by cmarchuska. Consider this eco-fashion event the best, “day after, after party” to Earth Day. (Don’t you love the wording of that phrase?! – I thought it was catchy.) Not only will you see featured designs by cmarchuska, but you’ll also preview hot new emerging eco-designers’ such as Maja Svensson & her collection called ELSAandME.
In addition to all the sexy sustainable fashion, you’ll be movin’ & swayin’ to the beats of special guest DJs - Baya Voce (from the Real World Brooklyn & my personal birthday bash), PLUS 3X Grammy Winner, HEX HECTOR! Last, but not least, there will be an OPEN BAR sponsored by SVEDKA vodka from 8pm-9pm.
This is the ultimate event for anyone who loves fashion, music, cocktails, & the environment. You won’t want to miss it!
Here are all the details you need to know.

summer parties in NYC have been exciting and worthwhile, the best parties where "touch" in NYC near the theater that plays Jersey Boys, and also "Bungalow8" on 27th street on 11th ave, great times...
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to a big Halloween Party at The Green House on Halloween. Jaimie Peters and Eric Poto know how to throw an amazing party!!! The last one that I attended down town was off the hook classic! Definately a good time and worth the trip into the city, I made a lot of new friends, Brian Peters
ReplyDeleteChecked out the October 2nd party at Bouchara Night club on 1st street and the music was good. Atmosphere was also good with a late night crowd that rolled in around 12:00am. Mostly a Manhattan crowd with some long Island people that attended. Brian Peters.
ReplyDeleteOctober 9th on Friday, checked out Bouchara Nightclub at around 11:30 pm. Parking was tough on the streets and traffic was heavy as it was raining lightly. But great to be out amongst a young hip crowd and soke up some great mezmorizing sounds the DJ pumped out. Bar has been better than average and an overall good experience. Brian Peters.
ReplyDeleteOctober 16th was Eric Poto's big birthday party in Manahattan at Club Bouchara. I had a good time seeing old friends and making new ones. The parties have been consistant to say the least. The next big party should be Halloween with I'm sure another party before hand. Looks like good times are ahead of us.

November 21, 2009- attended Bouchara on 1st street between 2nd and 3rd ave, the crowd was a 30 something crowd and the place was packed. DJ pumped familar grooves and the atmosphere was better than average, celebrated MS Dana's birthday party with a small group and I must say that Omerta has been successful. Definately consistant in regards to throwing a bash. Brian Peters
ReplyDeleteDecember 13, 2009 - Spoke with Annabelle Boffa from Secaucus New Jersey who said she attended the Break Point event in NYC hosted by Jaime Peters and Eric Poto. She claimed to have drinks with celebrity Tom Beringer and that the hosted party was the best day of her life. To me this seems like a positive vibe Omerta Entertainment is bringing to the table. Brian Peters.
